Cancellation Policy

Lotus Occupational Therapy requires a minimum of 48 notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.  If notice of cancellation is not provided within this timeframe of the appointment, it may attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled therapy service fee. This fee includes session preparation, travel, direct (face-to-face) therapy time, case noting and reporting that was associated with the scheduled service.
