Cancellation Policy

Lotus Occupational Therapy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.  If notice of cancellation is not provided within this timeframe of the appointment, it may attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled therapy service fee.
